Shipping and returns
Packages are generally shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment. They are shipped via La Poste and incur additional costs.
Shipping costs include the preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package (fixed price from 1.3kg to 7.8kg (1 to 6 standard bottles), from 7.8kg to 15.6kg (7 to 12 standard bottles), from 15.6kg to 31.2kg (13 to 24 standard bottles), free delivery above 31.2 kg (24 standard bottles)). Shipping costs also vary depending on the country of order.
We recommend that you order all of your items at once time. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping costs apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
